Return & Refund Policy
We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all items, starting from the moment you receive your order. If it has been more than 30 days since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer any replacements or refunds. If you need to make any changes or cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- If you have received a defective, damaged, or non-compliant item, the return is FREE. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the non-refundable shipping costs for returning your item.
- To be eligible for the guarantee, your item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, including the protective packaging and any accompanying documentation. Returns will be rejected if items are delivered used or damaged due to improper packaging.
- You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of the returned item.
Refunds and Product Replacements
If you need to replace a product, please email us at hello@vinasco.co within 30 days of receiving your package, attaching a photo of the damaged item. To be eligible for the 30-day guarantee and receive a refund or replacement, you will need to ship the item to the address provided via email at the time of the request. Once we receive the package, our staff will inspect it and issue a full refund minus the shipping costs. The credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within a maximum of 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Alternatively, based on your request, we will arrange to send another package as a replacement for the previous one by issuing a store credit.
The reshipment will be treated as a new order. After making the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing the new tracking information.
Free Bottle
This special guarantee is applicable only to orders that include at least 1 set of our hand-blown glass products. In the event of a refund request, and not a replacement request, for hand-blown glass products, you will be provided with a comprehensive list of eligible bottles. The bottle of your choice will be shipped directly to your doorstep at no extra cost within three business days of the refund being processed. Our refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction, but we count on your understanding to prevent any potential misuse that could undermine the integrity of this offer.
Returns
To return the product, you need to ship it to the address provided when requesting the replacement/refund.
Lost or Stolen Orders
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the provided destination address. If requested, Vinasco will confirm the delivery to the provided address, the delivery date, and courier information for order tracking purposes, allowing the customer to further investigate the matter.
Insured Shipping
