How are the glasses packaged?

Our glasses and coasters are shipped inside a sleek black display box, which serves the dual purpose of protecting the products and beautifully presenting them.

For a first-class unboxing experience, you can upgrade to our signature wooden box.

Each box contains two units.

Are the glasses dishwasher safe?

Yes. However, it is advisable to wash them by hand only and dry with a non-abrasive cloth to preserve the quality of the glass.

Is it safe to purchase on your website?

Absolutely. Our systems utilize advanced encryption and integrated password protection technologies with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). All sensitive information, including payment data, is never stored or retained on our servers.

Prices on the website are subject to change without notice. We do not offer partial refunds or issue credits or other discounts for orders placed before the start of a promotion. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion due to unforeseen circumstances.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders over $65. For orders below $65, a standard flat rate of $3.95 applies. 

We partner with reputable companies that ensure timely delivery and provide 24/7 package tracking. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

What are the shipping times?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are happy to offer international shipping!

Vinasco offers international shipping to most countries with packages shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid).

As with all international shipments, Customs fees are determined by your local government. For some countries, these charges are collected at checkout.

Please carefully read all messages at checkout to determine whether duties and taxes are pre-paid or due upon delivery.

How can I track my package?

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email confirming the shipment.

You can track your package using the order number directly on our website's Track Your Order page.

Please allow 1-3 days for tracking information to be displayed.

Where are your products produced and shipped from?

We collaborate exclusively with highly reputable glass manufacturing companies. Vinasco products are processed and packaged in Asia. Depending on the delivery address and available inventory, our products are shipped from the most convenient warehouse. Currently, we have warehouses in Poland, China and the United States.

Why is my order delayed?

Please know that the entire shipping industry is still facing unprecedented challenges and delays, causing a worldwide slowdown in deliveries.

Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control.

Vinasco ensures a high level of professionalism and maintains constant communication. We will continuously monitor this situation and all orders until they reach their destination. Thank you for your understanding!

Alternatively, your order may be delayed for one of the following reasons:

  • An item is currently out of stock
  • The shipping address is in a remote area

My package has been returned to the sender. What happens now?

We are not responsible for packages returned to the sender due to refusal, non-claim, or undeliverability caused by an incorrect/incomplete address provided during checkout or non-payment of import taxes required by the customs authorities of your country of residence. Requests for refunds for unclaimed items are subject to a storage fee of $15. Alternatively, the order can be resent. In such cases, standard shipping costs amount to $15.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

In general, it is possible to change the shipping address within 24 hours. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible, providing the order number and the correct shipping address in your message.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the modification of the shipping address if the order has already been processed or shipped. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Some items are missing from my order. What should I do?

Please know that we may ship different groups of items that belong to the same order (e.g., a set of 4 and a set of 2) separately. One order may be divided into multiple packages based on the shipping address and available inventory.

I haven't received any order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam/promotions folder. If you haven't received the order confirmation email within 48 hours of the purchase date, please contact our customer service—we are happy to help!

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately, including the order number and the email used during checkout in your message.

Vinasco's logistics system is automated to process orders quickly and accurately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
