Shipping Times and Costs

All orders are delivered through our partner companies (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail, Australian Post, An Post, Canada Post, Poste Italiane, La Poste, depending on the provided shipping address). Due to high demand, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing.

Shipping is free on all orders over $65. For orders below $65, a standard flat rate of $3.95 applies.

Vinasco offers international shipping to most countries with packages shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). As with all international shipments, Customs fees are determined by your local government. For some countries, these charges are collected at checkout. Please carefully read all messages at checkout to determine whether duties and taxes are pre-paid or due upon delivery.

Order Tracking

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. If you haven't received the order confirmation email within 48 hours of your purchase, please contact us. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email confirming the shipment. You can track your package using the order number directly on our website on the Track Your Order page. Please allow 1 to 3 days for tracking information to be available.

Number of packages

We may ship different groups of items that belong to the same order (e.g., a set of 4 and a set of 2) separately. One order may be divided into multiple packages based on the shipping address and available inventory.
